Our bling ring will help to keep each row of rhinetstones perfectly straight as you add each row to create your fabulous bling tumbler.
As you complete each row, using the honeycomb method, slide the bling ring up to the row and gently tap to keep all of the rhinestones perfectly lined up in the row. Continue until your last row.
